Information and communication
The activity of the Information and the communication, transversal and ofsupport within the CITET, consists of the sole communication conduit between the different stakeholders, the departments and the directions internally and their different audiences.
This activity combines strategic vision, consulting, technical expertise and innovation capacity and aims to:
-Promote the image of CITET and communicate the positioning of the center to the environmental innovation actors;
-Develop and support the Center vision and direction,
-Facilitate and coordinate the participatory approach internally and externally
Activities
-Communicate on CITET’s mission, its offer (programs & projects), their contents and the modalities for awareness-raising and motivation of stakeholders;
-Collect, process and publish scientific, technical and technological knowledge in all environment and sustainable development areas;
-Promote CITET’s knowledge and know-how in the area of eco-innovation;
-Promote and disseminate environmental technologies;
-Promote new environmental concepts and convince potential users to embrace them and adhere to CITET’s innovation programs;
-Design and organize internal or external events in line with CITET’s strategic objectives and programs and provide media coverage;
-Edit and distribute the different communication media (brochures, leaflets, posters, press releases, newsletters ...).
-Manage the website: maintain the information disseminated, renew and update the data, enhance and promote the website, ensure its visibility on the web, manage discussion forums, set up a community web (social networks), and apply web analysis tools, ...
-Conduct public relations, media, communication campaigns and promotional activities of the Center.
-Maintain strong relations with media and different information requesters.

• Corporate Communication :
CITET communicates its vision, positioning, mission, strategy, activities, programs and projects.
• Programs & Projects Communication:
CITET’s programs and projects include an integral and communicative part: support for their visibility
• International web communication :
The CITET Portal makes available to the different operators in environment sector and its customers (Corporations,
Administration, University, Scientific Research and Technology Transfer, International Organizations, Professional
Groups, Technical Centers, Media ...) federated resources, in particular documentary databases. The portal is trilingual (Arabic, French, English): www.citet.nat.tn
• Media Communication and Civil Society:
CITET calls on and engages media and civil society as a partner in the topics and events related to CITET’s environmental programs and projects.
• Experiential communication:
Both, CITET organizes and participates in environmental events for the promotion of the Center.
All of its events are covered by media in articles and photos integrated on the website, social networks and newsletters
of the Center.
