Access Policy
Access Policy for Administrative Documents
The right to access administrative documents is essential to ensuring administrative transparency and, consequently, an opportunity to reconcile with citizens by making them partner users. Indeed, any natural or legal person has the right to access administrative documents, either through proactive disclosure or disclosure upon request. Thus, we could see the advent of a new democratic approach within the Tunisian administration based essentially on trust and interaction between citizens and state structures.
